Is Ideogram 4.5 open source?

What has been said
Ideogram's 4.5 model page has an Open Source section linking to the Ideogram 4 GitHub repository, the Hugging Face collection and a licensing page. Launch partners including Morphic and each::labs state that open weights for 4.5 are coming soon, and the launch thread on r/StableDiffusion carried the same “open source soon” note. No source we checked gives a date, a license or the VRAM needed to run it.
